At CELLOVATE, we operate under strict quality and handling standards to ensure the integrity, purity, and consistency of all peptide compounds.

Due to the sensitive nature of these products, our return policy is strictly regulated.

No Returns Accepted

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Peptide compounds require controlled storage and handling conditions. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee the integrity or sterility of the product if returned. For this reason, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Compromised Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or contains a broken vial, you must contact us immediately.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the external packaging
  • Photos of the product(s)
  • Visible evidence of damage

Once verified, a replacement shipment will be issued.

Replacement Policy

Our standard procedure in case of confirmed damage is:

  • A replacement shipment is sent free of charge
  • Priority handling to minimize delays
  • Discreet and secure re-shipment

This ensures a fast and reliable resolution without unnecessary complications.

Refund Policy (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds are not part of our standard process.

A refund may only be considered under the following condition:

  • A replacement shipment has already been sent
  • The replacement order is also affected by a verified issue (damage or product integrity concern)

In such cases, a full refund may be issued after review.

Conditions for Replacement / Refund Eligibility

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo evidence is mandatory
  • Products must remain unused and in original condition
  • Return of damaged items may be requested for verification

Shipping Information Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to customer input errors
